Ch- Ch- Changes!

I have been VERY inspired lately to make some serious changes.

1. Work

2. Life

3. Health

4. Emotional Health

So I start with work:

taking a MAJOR step back and re-evaluating things. I need to provide a better customer service, faster shipping, and better products. I have been so stressed with the money side of things and worrying about money that it's affected my customer service, ship time, and quality. To me, that is unacceptable.

There are so many greedy sellers out there who want all the sales. I was that awhile ago and it only gained me stress and emotional problems.

Life:

I am taking the weekends off now. I am getting back out there and meeting people. I am enjoying my life again. I am taking charge and look forward to new adventures, meeting fun new people, and learning to breathe again without heavy shoulders.

Health:

I am really making new changes to my health also. I have been working out 6-7 times a week and really watching my fat, calorie, and sugar intake. After every meal, I drink water and exercise. I do take many moments of my day to Hoop. It is such a calming exercise.

I have noticed a difference in tone, strength, energy level.

Emotional Health:

Taking time off of work, and exercising and really sticking to reducing what I eat helps my emotional side a lot. I still feel very much alone and suffocating in work. I think that by going out more, seeing more of life will really help me with that a lot.

Today is turning out to be a disaster, not as planned. I am trying to remain positive and HOPE for the best.

I make about 10-15 hoops a day, some more, some less and since I'm running so behind I have been making a World Hoop Day Hoop, every other hoop. My basement is soon filling with free hoops!!!

Are you in the Circus?

When meeting people for the first time and after them either seeing what i do, or if I explain what I do, the most question often asked is, "Are you in the Circus?"

It's hard not to laugh, but nope, no circus for me here. ALTHOUGH, if I could be in the circus it would be something like this:

I like to watch this video over and over. It combines my love of Dubstep, Performance, and fire play. It takes a lot for me to watch a whole video. I just love these guys.

Beginnings

Well, I finally made it to the blog world. FINALLY!
